Tofara, the Company Secretary for Surface Wilmar and Olivine Holdings, is a seasoned inhouse legal, risk and governance expert. She has extensive experience in corporate legal practice gained from her over 10 years’ experience in banking, mobile money, telecommunications and private legal practice. She is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer. Tofara holds a Bachelor of Laws (Midlands State University) and various post graduate qualifications in Data Protection and Privacy, Compliance, Risk and Corporate Governance. Tofara is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Chartered Governance Institute of Zimbabwe.
